The mod_vhost_alias Apache module allows the creation of dynamically-configured virtual hosts.

This module makes it easy to create many virtual hosts with similar configurations. These hosts can use the IP address or Host: header of the HTTP request in the pathname to determine which files the system serves.

If mod_alias or mod_userdir is used to translate URLs, they will override mod_vhost_alias directives.

This module has no requirements.

This module has no known compatibility issues.
